It has been forever, but with the all of the hoopla surrounding the holidays, time just got away from me.
This holiday season was particularly tricky for me as it was the first time I was without my kids for Christmas. I knew this would be the case this year but nonetheless I was all the way in my feelings.
I am so thankful for the friends that turned into family that kept my spirits up and the spirits flowing this holiday season. They welcomed me into their homes and made me feel like I was truly a part of the family. Throughout this process, my sister friends have been a rock on which I have leaned on many times.
I have always been fiercely loyal to my friends, sometimes to a fault. It has been so refreshing to finally find a real group of supportive women who have my back just like I have theirs. There is no drama, just 100% love and support and for that I am eternally grateful.
I, for one am glad that the holidays are coming to a close , which means 2017 is almost over. It has been quite a year to say the least. But, through all the trails and the tribulations I am still standing. I am still here and I am stronger than ever! I am ready ready for 2018 and all the new and exciting possibilities that is bringing with it.
Wishing you a prosperous and Happy New Year… see you on the other side my loves!
